Quality System
The Quality scheme operated by Nolf is designed to ensure the delivery of quality products to the end user and it has these focal points.
- To Provide a system that ensures that Contractual requirements are met through the application of Company Management Process and the Enterprise Management System (EMS) in accordance with Company Policy and ISO 9001: 2000. (Quality Management System Requirements).

Quality Principles
The Principles on which our
Quality scheme is framed has the following facets.

Customer Focus: Achieved by ensuring that the project team understands and meets Contractual requirements and strives to exceed customer.

Leadership: The project leadership team establishes unity of purpose and direction for the team. They further create and maintain the internal environment that enables the team to be fully involved and maximise utilisation of their abilities to the benefit of the project and the fulfilment of its objectives.

Process approach: All activities on a project are considered as a sequence of interlinked processes with an input/ output requirements and, the criteria resources and method to produce the required output.

System approach to management: Planning, documenting and implementing a management system that is understood by the team and is effective in efficiently attaining project objectives consistent with the maintenance of Customer satisfaction.
